In this Privacy Policy, the terms 'we', 'us' or 'our' represent tacking duels™, its parent ZEBILA Limited and related bodies corporate. We are committed to respecting your privacy and comply with relevant regulations. Our Privacy Policy sets out the process of collecting, using, storing and sharing your personal information and how we comply with our obligations under the relevant laws and regulations.

By providing consent, you agree to our Privacy Policy and the way we collect, use, store and share your personal information, in the way that it is described in this webpage.

GDPR

tacking duels™ and its parent ZEBILA Limited are based in Cyprus, EU, and therefore are bounded  by the European Union's (EU) General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The GDPR framework regulates data protection and privacy for all individual citizens of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). GDPR allows you to have full control over your data, and we make sure to make this right salient throughout our website and in the way we use your data. We fully comply with the EU GDPR law.

Data collection

Personal data includes information that is either self-declared or collected about yourself through your user activity. We only collect personal information through lawful and fair means.

We collect any information that you enter on our website or choose to provide us in any other way. We collect personally identifiable information, payment details, comments, feedback, product reviews, emails, recommendations and completed forms.

We receive, collect and store all self-declared data that has been explicitly provided by yourself, including but not limited to, information upon registering, subscribing, completing our online forms, placing an order, and emails that you sent us directly. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address, login details to our website, type of device used and connection information.

We also receive, collect and store activity data using cookies that has been provided implicitly by using our website in order for us to understand how you interact with each webpage, including but not limited to, which webpages you see, how long you stay on each webpage, page response times, methods used to browse away from the page, and any errors that may be generated.

Data storage

The website is hosted on Wix servers. Wix provides us with the online platform for selling our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix's data storage, databases and the general Wix applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

The processing of Wix's User Customer Data may take place within the territory of the European Union, Israel or a third country, territory, or one or more specified sectors within that third country, of which, the European Commission has decided that it ensures an adequate level of protection (transfer on the basis of an adequacy decision). Any transfer to a third country, outside the European Union, that does not ensure an adequate level of protection according to the European Commission, will be undertaken in accordance with the Standard Contractual Clauses (2010/87/EU).
 

Data share

We may share your personal data with our own employees, legal representatives and related bodies corporate. We may also share your data with our existing or potential agents and business partners under strict confidentiality agreements and strict usage agreements.

We will not sell your personal data or email addresses to third parties suppliers and service providers. If a third-party is interested in reaching out to our users they must do so through our own platforms.

You own your data

We firmly believe that it is a fundamental human right to own your online data.

You have the right to request a copy of your data log that has been recorded on www.tackingduels.com, or request to erase all of you data, including contact information, subscriptions, activity, invoices, order history and any other information relating to this website, and therefore be completely 'forgotten' by tacking duels™. All data will be destroyed in a secured and non-identifiable manner.

To request to see a data log or destroy personal data, please contact us at info@tackingduels.com using the same same email address that you have used to log-in to www.tackingduels.com. We will then send a confirmation email regarding this request, asking to verify your identity by providing us proof of ID (passport or driver's license), phone number, and complete physical address (not mail box). This verification process prevents providing personal information to the wrong person.

Communication

By using this website and providing us with your personal data you consent that we may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our Terms & Conditions, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. We may also contact you for any other reason stated in this Privacy Policy.  For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, or postal mail.

Security

We make reasonable efforts to protect the personal information that we collect and hold against loss, interference, unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure and against misuse.

www.tackingduels.com is a secure site on the Wix platform, with HTTPS security protocol validated using the industry standard for encryption technology, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). The website uses an encrypted and secure system to process credit cards, with Level 1 PCI Compliance, and an extra layer of Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 encryption to protect your online financial transactions.

Data privacy complaints

If you think that we have breached our Privacy Policy or EU's GDRP regulation, then you are encouraged to contact us immediately at info@tackingduels.com explaining your concerns.

Please make sure to use the same email address that you have used to log-in to www.tackingduels.com so that we can locate your activity log. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also contact directly a GDPR monitoring body, which are independent bodies that ensure the consistent application of data protection rules throughout the EU with expertise in handling data privacy complaints in an impartial and transparent manner. At the EU-level you can contact The European Data Protection Board (EDPB). In Cyprus, where we are based, you can contact the Commissioner for the Protection of Personal Data.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time at our sole discretion, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under which circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
