ZEBILA Limited takes pride in the design and production of its high quality products. We know this because every single product is manually inspected so that is meets its purported specifications and is free of defects prior shipping.

As per the EU Consumer Rights Directive, all ZEBILA Limited products have a minimum 2-year guarantee from the date of purchase to the original owner and unaltered product against defects in manufacturing process, materials and workmanship, or the product is not as advertised at the time of purchase.

By purchasing from this website and using our products, you consent that ZEBILA Limited reserves the right to determine whether any claimed defects are due to the manufacturing process / materials / workmanship, or are due to improper usage / normal wear-and-tear / accidental damage / improper care / negligence / natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

All warranty returns are handled directly through us by submitting a claim via email at info@tackingduels.com. All warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and high-resolution photos evidencing the fault or damage.

We accept non-customised product returns within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in new condition and with all original packaging and labels intact. Returns will be inspected upon arrival, and if approved, refunded within 5 business days. Customised merchandise cannot be returned.

To return a product, you need to get in touch with us at info@tackingduels.com and explain the reasons for the return. Please understand that you are responsible for the delivery cost that is associated with returning the item to us, unless the product is faulty and within warranty.

Refunds are credited back to the form of payment used for the original purchase.
